Kacang Gandum (Tumbuhan Polong)
Tumbuhan polong adalah kacang-kacangan yang menghasilkan benih untuk konsumsi manusia. Tumbuhan ini dipanen saat kering, dan kemudian dimasak, biasanya membutuhkan perendaman yang cukup lama dalam memasak cairan.
