• Day Package (conference, lunches, coffee breaks, banquet, no hotel): Early Bird 200 USD. Regular 250 USD.
• Lodging Shared Room Package (conference, 4 nights hotel, all meals (excl. 1 dinner), and banquet): Early Bird 250 USD. Regular 300 USD.
• Lodging Single Room Package (conference, 4 nights hotel, all meals (excl.1 dinner), and banquet): Early Bird 325 USD. Regular 375 USD.
• Spouse/follower Package (4 nights hotel and breakfast only, no conference): Early Bird 125 USD. Regular 150 USD.
• Banquet Only: (already included in all packages except Spouse package). 15 USD.

* Post-conference tours are also included, though some may require an additional charge.

In order to esure you get the correct rate please follow these guidelines:

• If you and your spouse both plan to attend the conference: you will need to each register separately and each request a "shared room" package.
• If only one of you will be attending the conference: then you only need one registration requesting one "shared room" package and one "spouse/follower" package.

For each additional person accompanying conference attendee(s): you will choose 1 "spouse/follower" package.

If you wish to book extra nights at the hotel, this is possible. You will be eligible for the conference rate with breakfast. But you need to specify that you are a part of the ECHO Asia conference. Please contact the hotel directly for any additional bookings.

Scholarship Opportunities

There are limited scholarsips available for those who have financial limitations to attend the ECHO Asia Agriculture & Community Development Conference 2025. The scholarship will only cover the cost the Day Pass and 4 nights lodging (including most meals) during the event. All other costs including travel, visas, additional meals, and other costs will be your own responsibility. Deadline for submitting your application is 15 July 2025.

Scholarships will be awarded to applicants who can clearly articulate how their participation will contribute to meaningful improvements in the lives of smallholder farmers, in alignment with ECHO’s mission and vision.

Informations supplémentaires

Poster Session

This will provide attendees with another way to share and exchange information. All are welcome to join! If you plan to attend the conference in October 2025, please consider creating a poster for display at the conference venue. Your poster can then  be viewed by other conference delegates at their leisure, as well as, at a designated time for poster presenters and other conference attendees to interact. There will be an opportunity during a late-afternoon or evening session to give a 5 minute oral summary of your poster and have a brief Q&A.

Seed Swap

If you would like to participate in this session, please bring seeds to contribute! Feel free to collect varieties of seeds from your farm, garden, or neighbors to share what you think have merit or are special. We ask that you bring them in small bags (if possible 100-300g depending on the size of the seeds), that are labeled, and that the seeds are open pollinated (self-collected and able to be saved year after year).

You will have the chance to share about these seeds with other participants and bring home some of their seeds.

You can still purchase seeds at the conference as well.

Cancellation Policy

Payment for the ECHO Asia Conference is required at the time of registration. Due to the venue policy, we require at least 4 weeks notice of cancellation to receive a full refund of your fees. A refund will not be issued if less than a month notice is given.
