Ingredients:

Recipe Instructions:
- Melt salt in water.
- Add flours and mix well.
- Place on floured board and knead for several minutes.
- Roll out ½ inch thick and cut into strips.
- Cook in boiling water for about 1 minute and immediately soak in cold water.
- Drain and dry for a few minutes; then brush with oil.
