Recipe Instructions:

  1. Melt salt in water.
  2. Add flours and mix well.
  3. Place on floured board and knead for several minutes.
  4. Roll out ½ inch thick and cut into strips.
  5. Cook in boiling water for about 1 minute and immediately soak in cold water.
  6. Drain and dry for a few minutes; then brush with oil.
