Recipe Instructions:

  1. Mix moringa pods, leaves, shredded papaya, squash, powdered dried fish, powdered mung bean, tomatoes, beaten eggs, onion, and salt and pepper to taste.  
  2. Place one piece of 5x5 banana leaf on a plate, and pour mixture on it.
  3. Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
  4. Garnish with sliced tomatoes and onions.
