Neem trees are medium to large sized, drought resistant, multipurpose trees, that can be up to 30 m tall. All parts of the plant produce azadirachtin, a powerful antibiotic and antimicrobial. Seeds and leaves often have the highest concentrations and may be used to make insecticides and fungicides. Neem is also used for fuelwood, makes excellent charcoal, and is a source of durable timber.

Seeds are collected from neem trees on ECHO's campus in Southwest Florida, USA. Neem seeds are oily and short lived. They are only seasonably available from our seed bank August-October. Plant immediately upon receiving seeds.
