Small-scale farming is a surprisingly complex enterprise with multiple areas of risk that also present opportunities for impact. This session aims to introduce some "systems thinking", a couple of simple tools and a measure of humility to our development efforts.
Presenter : David Erickson serves as the Chief Organizational Development Officer of ECHO, Inc. and coordinates ECHO’s international activities. David earned a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Harvard University and undergraduate concentrations in economics, political science and history. He is married, has two grown children and two grandchildren.
