Recipe Instructions:

  1. Mix flour, salt, and soda, set aside.
  2. Cream margarine, butter, sugars, and eggs (one at a time).
  3. Stir in flour, salt, and soda.         
  4. Fold in kumquats and nuts.
  5. Place on waxed paper and form into rolls about two inches in diameter.
  6. Cover and seal with aluminum foil and freeze.
  7. Slice thin (1/4”).
  8. Place on greased cookie sheets and bake in pre-heated oven at 400⁰ for 10 minutes.
