Welcome to LWR’s Design, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (DMEL) website. This site was developed to provide LWR staff and partners with one central location for accessing the resources to help with project design, monitoring and evaluation.
We are highly appreciative of our peer organizations including CRS, CARE, the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement (IFRC and American Red Cross) and many others, for sharing their tools and allowing us to adopt, adapt and learn from them. We have provided footnotes throughout the DMEL Framework in an effort to give credit for content that was directly borrowed from our peers.
In keeping with that spirit, everything included in this toolkit, in English, French or Spanish, is for public sharing. We have greatly benefited from previous work in this field and we therefore want to do our part to contribute back to the M&E community, and only ask that LWR likewise be given credit for the tools we developed.
