Recipe Instructions:
- Beat margarine and sugar until fluffy.
 - Add eggs to the mixture mixing well.
 - Combine oatmeal, flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
 - Add kumquats and white chocolate chips.
 - Drop by large teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
 - Bake 10-15 minutes at 375⁰ or until golden brown.
 - Makes 2 ½ dozen.
