Recipe Instructions:

  1. Beat margarine and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs to the mixture mixing well.
  3. Combine oatmeal, flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add kumquats and white chocolate chips.
  5. Drop by large teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  6. Bake 10-15 minutes at 375⁰ or until golden brown.
  7. Makes 2 ½ dozen.
