The use of protein-rich foods for the relief of malnutrition in developing countries: an analysis of experience.
The approach of this report is analytical as well as historical. It considers the failures as well as the successes, and attempts, from past experience, to draw conclusions and make recommendations helpful to future developments. Because the need continues to have high priority, the PAG hopes that the present report will contribute to the further development of suitable protein-rich foods available for use by vulnerable groups in developing countries.
