How do we move from knowledge to practice? Theories from sociology point to the importance of strong relational ties for transferring information. This presentation provides a case study on the relationship between the World Agroforestry Center and Vi Agroforestry in western Kenya. Based on findings from this study and the broader literature, this session will discuss practices that work for getting information from the lab out into the field.
