Recipe Instructions:

  1. Brown onions in ½ tsp oil.
    2. Add Moringa, pinch salt and cook 1-2 minutes
    3. Stir in water, cover and simmer 2-5 minutes.  
    4. Brown onions in oil and stir in refried beans and cheese and cook until melted.
    5.  Stir in remaining ingredients.  Use as spread on tortillas and roll-up.
