The Amaranth Institute (AI) has been working to bring together individuals with a professional interest in amaranth for over 30 years. Periodically, the Amaranth Institute brings together researchers and practitioners from around the world to share knowledge and build networks for the continued promotion of the crop.
We would be honored to have your presence in Nashville Tennessee between May 12 to 15th to present your work and recent findings.

Frais de Participation
We have received a small conference grant to support all registration fees for members of the AI who are in good standing with dues paid (25 dollars for individuals).
However; as of now we do NOT have funds to cover travel so we request that you self-fund your trip and lodging for this conference. For travel, we suggest that presenters seek funding support through their home institutions.
Hébergement
Housing in Nashville is readily available as we are a tourist city and we recommend Airbnb as an inexpensive way for groups of up to six people to find housing together.
Repas
We will also provide most of the meals during the conference except the first day of arrival (Tuesday) and the last day of departure (Friday or Saturday).
