Recipe Instructions:

  1. Stir the peanut butter into one liter water, bring to a boil.                           
  2. Add the fish and meat.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Add moringa powder, oil and onion.
  5. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Add spices to taste.
  7. Serve over rice, couscous, or tofu. (cassava/manioc or corn mash.)
