What is the relevance of the Bible to contemporary ethical issues? The authors contend that the main vocation of Christians is to embody the Scriptures in their lives. Therefore, we need to develop the moral and theological judgment that enables us to discern biblical stands on modern questions of ethics. To do so, the authors show how this must be done in the context of vital relationships - a sense of Christian community - that impact society.
