In the second section such topics as hurricanes, floods, drought, unusual weather patterns, and storms, including mountainadoes, are considered. The final section covers weather simulation and management with a discussion of weather modification, laboratory tornadoes, designing houses for withstanding strong winds, using wind and solar energy, altered weather and atmosphere from pollutants, and human response to weather.
