Recipe Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet.
  2. Add the beans and stir-fry over moderate heat until almost tender, about 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and stir-fry an additional minute.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the ginger, soy sauce, lime juice and brown sugar; stir until well blended.
  5. Add the soy sauce mixture to the beans and toss until the liquid is evaporated.
  6. Sprinkle with peanuts and serve hot.
