Agricultural / Environmental Trainer for the Rural Transformation Centre (RTC) Cameroon

The mission of the Rural Transformation Centre (RTC) – Cameroon is to foster local initiatives of sustainable agricultural production, while conserving the natural environment and improving the health and wellbeing of the community members. Through concerted efforts, we seek to promote values such as sustenance, self-esteem and freedom.

To achieve our mission, we valorize indigenous knowledge, resources and experiences. RTC hopes to bring all persons, irrespective of age, sex, religion or other socio-cultural affiliations to contribute positively to the growth of their communities, live in harmony with themselves and nature and to the best of their potentials.

We therefore look forward to an equitable, socially, environmentally and economically sustainable development.
