Recipe Instructions:

  1. In a frying pan, sauté curry powder, onion and garlic in oil.
  2. Add tomatoes, pepper and water.
  3. Bring to a boil and add tofu.
  4. Reduce heat and cook 10 minutes.
  5. Serve over rice and garnish with peanuts and coconut.
