Recipe Instructions:

  1.  Place boniato in a saucepan, cover with water and cook covered until tender.
  2. Drain liquid and add butter, onion and garlic, sauté until onion is clear and wilted.
  3. Stir in yogurt and skim milk and heat until warm.
  4. Add spring onion, parsley and dill and heat to serving temperature.
