Recipe Instructions:
- To boil beans: place skinned beans in saucepan with several inches of water. Cover and simmer until tender to the bite (10-20 minutes).
 - Drain and cool. Meanwhile heat oil in wide skillet over medium-high heat.
 - Add onion; cook stirring constantly until onion is soft.
 - Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly until garlic is fragrant.
 - Add beans and stir gently until heated through.
 - Season to taste.
