Development of vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (VAMF) in the experimental area of the SHIFT-project

This report carried on further investigation on spore quantity in the soil and root colonization of plants of the secondary vegetation in the field.  An attemp was made to re-isolate spores of the VAMP applied from the soil close to the useful plants.
