This ECHO Forum is geared toward enabling networking related to alleviating hunger and poverty by those persons serving Africa's poor. Three mornings of plenary sessions featuring knowledgeable and experienced speakers will be followed by afternoon workshops and discussion groups led by regional agricultural development workers and experts.
ECHO forums are considered networking opportunities. This means that you, the delegates, are the most important resources. Please do not be shy about suggesting topics for a practical presentation during the afternoon sessions. At ECHO conferences in other locations around the world, some delegates have discussed a project that has worked well, a good idea and why it failed, a promising plant how they integrate agricultural work with church activities etc. If you are interested in offering afternoon workshop (45min) please contact Mr Olabode Olanrewaju at olabodeolan@gmail.com. Evenings will be reserved for individual networking opportunity. There will be extensive opportunities for networking with fellow forum participants and resource persons.

English is the only language to be used in all the plenary sessions and also during the afternoon workshops.

VISA ASSISTANCE: You will need a visa to get into Nigeria if you are travelling from Europe, North America or a country out of ECOWAS/ CEDEAD. You are advised to obtain your visa before coming. For those coming from within the continent, you are encouraged to get a visa in your country of origin if possible. Please bring your international health certificate with you; they may check it at the airport.
LETTER OF INVITATION: Some delegates may be required to show an official letter of invitation to be permitted to travel to Nigeria. If you need such a letter, please contact Olabode Olanrewaju (olabodeolan@gmail.com) and we will make sure that you receive this letter as soon as possible.

The cost of attending this ECHO Nigeria Networking Forum is N20,000 ($80) per person if paid by May 1, 2017. The cost after March 1 is N25,000 ($125). Please note that spouses of a paying delegate will only be charged N15,000 ($75).

Housing is not included as a part of the registration fee. So you will need to make your own arrangement. You can also arrange for other hotels, guesthouses and housing if you choose to stay elsewhere, ECHO will not be responsible for your transportation. Good hotels/ guesthouses are available close to the venue.
Some available guesthouses are: ECWA Guesthouse, EYN Guesthouse, RURCON Guesthouse, CAPRO Guesthouse, Baptist Guesthouse.
食品
In an effort to keep cost of the forum down, breakfast and evening meals will NOT be included as part of this package. However, a morning coffee break, a full lunch and an afternoon coffee break would be provided each day. The venue is located close to a number of restaurants, hence dining options are available to you within walking distance.

Resource Exhibition
A Resource Fair featuring display and booths by various development organizations and businesses will be offered. Tables will be provided on which organization display can be set up so that posters and promotional materials may be displayed. Additional books, booklets, CDs and other types of media may be distributed or sold from these booths. Space can be reserved/ purchased with your forum registration. The cost for a resource fair table is N5,000 ($25).
