Recipe Instructions:
- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
- Grease cake pan (loaf or bundt).
- Stir together melted butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well
- Mix milk, lime juice and bananas. Fold into batter
- Combine breadfruit flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices. Add to batter.
- Spread batter evenly into cake pan.
- Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes.
- Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
- Serves 10
