Recipe Instructions:

  1. Sauté garlic in oil until brown.
  2. Add onion
  3. Transfer to unglazed cooking pot.
  4. Add I cup pure coconut milk, winged beans, pigeon or Congo peas, yellow sweet potato, fish, and ginger.
  5.  Boil until half done.
  6. Add bell peppers and tomatoes.
