Recipe Instructions:
- Boil coconut milk, dried fish, garlic and onion for 10 minutes.
 - Season with salt, stirring the mixture continuously.
 - Add moringa leaves and crushed chili peppers.
 - Cook 5 minutes longer and serve hot.
