Recipe Instructions:
- Sauté garlic and ginger in cooking oil until slightly brown.
- Add water and bring to boil.
- Add banana, beans and black pepper.
- Cover and continue to boil.
- When half-done add sliced papaya, dried minnow, tomatoes, green onions, and salt to taste.
- Add moringa leaves.
- Remove from heat when done and serve while hot.
- Serves 8
