Recipe Instructions:
- In a heavy saucepan sauté onion in oil until glazed about 5 minutes.
 - Trim ends of beans and cut into 1 ½ in lengths.
 - Add to onions along with garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
 - Cover and simmer in small amount of water or vegetable broth for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
