IDE views productive water as the entry point to creating income opportunities for some 900 million people. We identify locations where improved access to water can have a positive impact, and then offer affordable technologies for lifting, storing, and distributing that water. IDE also looks for ways to reduce on-farm costs and increase margins available from market access and post harvest activities.
