Recipe Instructions:
- Make a syrup with the water of the coconut, the sugar, the lemon peel, and the cinnamon stick.
 - Grate the coconut and add it to the syrup when it is very thick. Mix well.
 - Boil, peel and mash the sweet potatoes. Add to the mixture of the syrup.
 - Add the milk.
 - Simmer until cooked.
