Recipe Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and sauté garlic, shallots and leeks for 10 minutes.
  2. Stir in quinoa, add water, tamari, marjoram and black pepper.
  3. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Cover and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, until quinoa is lightly cooked.
  5. Stir in tomatoes and lentils.
  6. Cover and let sit over low heat for 5 minutes.
  7. Adjust seasonings if needed.
