Recipe Instructions:

  1. Sauté garlic, onion and tomatoes in large fry pan.
  2. Add pork and shrimp.
  3. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.  
  4. Add mung bean, shrimp juice, pork broth and water.
  5. Cover and bring to a boil.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add moringa leaves and cook 5 minutes longer.
