This event will be presented in both English and Thai.

All morning plenary sessions, and many afternoon workshops will be translated into Thai. Translated workshops will be designated in the conference program.

Cost and Payment

Package options:

• Day Package^* (conference only, no hotel): ฿6,750THB
• Lodging Shared Room Package^* (conference registration, 4 nights hotel, breakfasts): ฿8,500 THB
• Lodging Single Room Package^* (conference registration, 4 nights hotel, breakfasts): ฿10,250 THB
• Spouse Package (4 nights hotel and breakfast, no conference): ฿2,100 THB
• Banquet Only: ฿350THB

^*These conference registration packets include: conference admission, lunch, coffee breaks, and sample packets of seed. Post-conference tours are also included, though some may require an additional charge.

Payment may be made by Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Western Union.

Spouse/Follower Registration

If you will be bringing your spouse or a child with you and they would like to stay in the hotel but not attend the conference, you can register for a spouse/follower package. The Spouse/Follower package is ฿3,600 THB and includes four nights in the hotel (30 Sept, 1st, 2nd, 3rd) and breakfast, as well as the closing banquet meal. This package does not include lunch. 

In order to esure you get the correct rate please follow these guidelines:

• If you and your spouse both plan to attend: you will need to each register separately and each request a "shared room" package.
• If only one of you will be attending: then you only need one registration requesting one "shared room" package and one "spouse/follower" package.

For each additional person accompanying conference attendee(s): you will choose 1 "spouse/follower" package.

In the "special request" section, please make note of how many spouse/follower packages you will need so that we can be sure to reserve the correct number of rooms/beds for you.

If your children are very young please let us know so that we can check with the hotel about age restrictions.

If possible please provide the names of your family members in the "special requests". This will also help with registration with the hotel.

Scholarship Application

The application period has now closed. Scholarship recipients will be announced by August 31st.

Additional Information

Poster Session

This will provide attendees with another way to share and exchange information. All are welcome to join! If you plan to attend the conference in October 2019, please consider creating a poster for display at the conference venue. Your poster can then  be viewed by other conference delegates at their leisure, as well as during designated times for  poster presenters and other conference attendees to interact. There will be an opportunity during a  late-afternoon or evening session to give a 5 minute oral summary of your poster and have a brief Q&A.

Night Bazaar & Affinity Groups

This late afternoon session is an informal time for participants to host a table and showcase their work via brochures, publications, artifacts, tools, etc.

This is a free event in addition to the paid resource fair and will only be available for this specified time. All are welcome and encouraged to bring something to share about your work in a meet-and-mingle type of venue. There will also be the ability to organize affinity groups during this time or at another time of your choosing.

Sign-ups will be available during registration if you are interested in hosting at table during the Night Bazaar or coordinating the meeting of an affinity group.

Seed Swap

If you would like to participate in this session, please bring seeds to contribute! Feel free to collect varieties of seed from your farm, garden, or neighbors to share that you think have merit or are special. We ask that you bring them in small bags (if possible 100-300g depending on the size of the seeds), that are labeled, and that they are open pollinated (self-collected and able to be saved year after year).

You will have the chance to share about these seeds with other participants and bring home some of their seeds.

Many of you have already registered for a particular seed bundle when you registered for conference. You must PRE-ORDER YOUR BUNDLE BY SEPT 25 to receive your free bundle. If you don’t pre-order, you can still purchase seeds at the conference and/or bring seeds and participate in the seed swap.
