Recipe Instructions:

  1. Boil sorghum in 4 cups of water for 30 minutes stirring constantly to make porridge  
  2. Blanch green soybeans and put aside for use in next step.
  3. Shell shrimp and lay aside for next step.
  4. Chop onion into medium pieces.
  5. Sauté garlic, onions, shrimps and blanched green soybeans for 10 minutes.
  6. Add shrimp juice and seasoning.
  7. Add sorghum, stirring once in a while to avoid scorching.
  8. Add green pepper leaves before removing from heat.
  9. Serve hot.
