Recipe Instructions:

  1. Combine first five ingredients in bowl and beat well.
  2. Add eggs one at a time beating well.
  3. Add lemon juice.
  4. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 325⁰F for 45-50 minutes.
  5. Remove from pan and pour on glaze

 

Prepare glaze.

  1. 1 cup confectionery sugar.
  2. 2 Tbsp. melted margarine.
  3. 1 tsp. lemon juice.
  4. ¼ cup kumquat puree.
  5. Combine ingredients and pour over cake.
