The presentation will elaborate how to identify farmer motivators, preparations before and after selecting them, what is their expectations, how to work with them, building their capacity and confidence.
Presenter : Chrispin Mirambo Is the Agronomist and community development professional with 19 years experience in designing and providing trainings and Extension services through private, public and civil society sectors programs that focus on Agriculture and Natural resources management. He has worked with various local and International organizations to develop and implement development programs that use participatory models in implementing Integrated Agriculture, Fish Farming, Beekeeping, Conservation Agriculture and programs that focus on Sustainable Natural Resource Management in Tanzania. Currently he is working for Mennonite Central Committee Tanzania as Food Security Programs Coordinator.
