Recipe Instructions:
- Peel grapefruit and lemons and shred rinds.
 - Slice pulp very thinly
 - Add boiling water to barely cover
 - Add raisins
 - Blend thoroughly and set aside in refrigerator overnight
 - Add strained fruit, sugar, coconut, and ginger.
 - Simmer until nearly candied.
 - Pour into jars
 - Hot Water Bath for 10 minutes
